Harness the power of positive thinking. This is a group activity that helps focus positive thinking into wishful manifestation.
This workshop starts with a guided meditation to help center and focus the group. Then we share our and reflect on our gratitude's in other words what talk about what we appreciate most in our life. Afterwards we talk about what goals we want to manifest into our reality. Then afterwards we cheer each other person on to help motivate the person to manifest their goals.
After 30 days it is fun to meet again to discuss which intentions came true.
This workshop can take up to an hour.
